Three men by the names of Jerry, Greg, and Fred all worked for the same company. It was a company that fixed just about anything that someone needed to be fixed. They usually all worked together on the same jobs because each of them knew more about one particular thing than the other, so they helped each other. The three of them were really goofy characters, who some would mistake as dumb but the were far from that.
One day, they got a call at work from a lady who needed her lights in her kitchen rewired. As they were getting ready to leave, Greg spilled his hot coffee all over both Jerry and Fred’s work clothes. Jerry was so mad, and in the heat of the moment, he threw his coffee on Greg’s clothes.
Now that their work clothes were ruined they needed something to wear when going to a job. They couldn’t just wear normal clothes because it was against work policy. So they had to go to the lost and found. They didn’t like this because most of the things in the lost and found were old and gross, so they had to find the best clothes in the bunch. Now they were the three “goofs” trying to rummage through huge piles of clothes.
Jerry found a shirt in his size with the name “Moe” on the nametag. Greg found one with the name “Larry”, and Fred found one with “Curly.” They were now Larry, Moe, and Curly. If they weren’t goofy before now they showed up to the lady’s house as “The Three Stooges.”
