Here I am again,
Putting my words to rhyme,
Making up some poetry,
To kill some of my time,
It started when I read a story
about some toothbrushes – what, where, who?
That – as the article claimed – break your face,
Well – injure some teeth and choke you too…
I suppose I should clarify
On my quest to write a poem
The headline read ‘mess up your face’
Don’t use them in your home
My toolbar on my computer
Shows headlines now and then
Of things that I should read
Of importance – the scale one through ten
That article about someone’s face
I’m sure you would have read it too
Another hour, it will be something else,
Something else that must be true.
Just for that moment in time,
The brush was the product that was featured,
There were comments from some people,
On the bottom of the page,
Some were writing general comments,
And others were in a rage.
Others were just reading and remarking
Some comments just showed their age.
I find these articles interesting
When I surf around the net
But I am always curious what search terms were used
To find this page as yet…
So, on the bottom of the page,
Was a list I noticed then,
Of search terms that were helpful
In finding the story again.
There were other search terms listed,
In fact, they are to follow,
My little poem will use them
I’m starting my poem now.
So here’s my little poem
About search terms on the net
That people are using to learn more
About things that make them fret.
The terms are interesting
In terms of what people are looking for
And tomorrow, I assure you
in reference to search terms, there will be more.
As I said before, I was reading about the FDA
Other search ideas were about human health
Okay, so I’ll read a few and add my comments
For you and I to consider,
So we start with the following:
food-safety,
sexual-health, mental-health, children’s health,
fda, birth-control, cancer, health-care, hiv,
womens-health.
Here I must stop and shake my head,
I was expecting another medical search term,
But I see there is an article about fruit instead,
cantaloupe.
So, on we read, on our merry list,
We have listeria
alzheimers, cdc, breast-cancer, flu,
salmonella, weight-loss, sex, cold and flu,
food-poisoning, heart-attack, autism,
organ-donation, vaccines, art-caplan,
parenting, aids, relationships.
Again, I see a break
I will have to see just what
This article has to say,
jensen-farms,
recall, influenza, obesity, hpv, marijuana,
mens-health, dogs, aging,
adhd, infectious-disease, drug-shortage and stroke,
The list seems fairly straight-forward,
Most things seem to be health related
So apparently,
When adding keywords to your pages,
The things people are concerned about
Is their health as they increase their ages,
I suppose this list does make some sense,
As we all have some issues,
It’s too much,
Too little,
Too late,
So, as I attempt to end my poem,
Since I need to get in my car
And leave my home…
