Home Remedy: Herb and Vitamin C Syrup for the Cold and Flu

When we get sick with the cold and flu in our household, we do not run out to by cold medicine. Instead, we make our own remedy like our soothing herb and vitamin C syrup for the cold and flu. The syrup helps boost the immune system naturally while treating and relieving cold and flu symptoms naturally because it contains high amounts of vitamin C and potent medicinal properties.

The herb and vitamin C syrup for the cold and flu is simple to make. All you need is 2 cups manuka honey, 40 drops of an Echinacea and goldenseal blend tincture, 1 cup of pureed strawberries, ½ cup of lemon juice and 30 drops of white willow bark tincture. All these natural ingredients can easily be found at any herbal shop, but they should be organic and all natural for them to contain medicinal properties still in them.
