Opening segment: Smackdown opens in Toronto with the return of the Rated R Superstar edge. Edge will host his cutting edge show with special guest Randy Orton and Mark Henry. Edge tells everybody how much he misses everyone and everything. Cody Rhodes music hits and interrupts edge. Edge tells cody to quit blaming everything on everyone else. Cody gives edge a bag and tells him to take it home with him. Edge says he’s going to leave because cody is making him fall asleep. Cody gets angry and tells people at ringside they need paper bags when one of those individuals is Ted Dibiase. Ted attacks Cody and beats him down.
Match 1 Sin Cara vs Daniel Bryan and winner due to a disqualification Daniel Bryan.
Match 2 Beth phoenix vs AJ and winner is Beth Phoenix.
Match 3 Wade Barrett & Christian vs Justin Gabriel & Sheamus and the win goes to Sheamus and Justin

Time for the cutting edge segment with edge. Randy Orton and Mark Henry get in the ring edge tells both men that teddy long has issued a no contact rule for both men tonight. After the cutting edge segment is over Mark beats down Randy Orton and more wrestlers that try to break up the 2 men. All in all I give the show the school letter grade C. The show wasn’t bad and Sheamus has improved a lot. His crowd reaction is much better. Cody Rhodes needs to lose the mask gimmick. Mark Henry is a strong heel I enjoy what he’s doing. Maybe they will put the title on him Sunday for a short while. We’ll just have to see.
