Make sure that when you arrive back home that you always wrap the extra french fries in aluminum foil and place them in the refrigerator so that they do not spoil from being out to long. As a safety precaution only keep the french fries for up to 4 days maximum as these could spoil quickly. Once you would like to reheat them you need to place the leftover french fries on a paper towel and wrap it up like you would wen microwaving a potato. Microwave on high for 15-30 seconds. Take them out with caution as they will be hot and very soggy. Place them on a new paper towel and try to remove extra grease. Place in a preheated oven on about 400 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. Once finished check that they are crispy enough for your likening then eat and enjoy. If the fries are still soggy place them on a paper towel once again, and let the towel soak up the extra grease then place the fries in the conventional oven for another two to three minutes until crispy. So remember the next time you have some extra french fries don’t dump them in a waste bin, take them home and reheat them for some nice fries to go with your afternoon ham sandwich.
