I attended Dillard’s “Building a Better You through Fashion and Style” in conjunction with the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress, at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel’s Convention Center.
What does fashion have to do with chiropractors?
Tricia Alvillar, Dillard’s Store Manager at the Fashion Show Mall on the Las Vegas strip, explained, “The subject was health. When you are well, it works back to being the best “you”, having self confidence and feeling good about yourself.
From the time you start making that fitness process we have so many ways to make you look good with active wear all the way to wearing that dress to that wonderful affair you are going to down the road.”
Dillard’s fashion show featured clothes for all ages and sizes. They presented the latest fashions including shimmering gowns, plus size cocktail dresses and sportswear. I particularly liked the red gown with the high- low hemline to really show a woman’s legs.
Some of the other exciting numbers were gowns draped on one side, stunning one- shoulder and strapless dresses, Bolero jackets, tiered skirts, the “metallic look”, lace detailing, bat-wing sleeves and the famous E! Live from the Red Carpet dresses.
Dillards Department Store’s motto “The Style of Your Life” tells it all! Each person is different yet Dillards has anticipated the differences and is ready to accommodate the “Style for your Life-Style”. They are really interested in assisting their customers.

Tricia described, “There always new fashions. We carry everything from comfort brands all way to high- end in addition to the gamut of brands.
The high heal and the stacked heel are very, very popular, the wedge continues to be a great trend you will see through spring and transitions even into the winter months.
