My IPhone

I am very specific when it comes to purchasing cell phones. Even before the smart phone craze I wanted a certain type of phone. It had to have certain things for me to want to own it. Ever since smart phones were introduced, I knew I’d never go back to plain cell phones. Smart phones are way too convenient. Now the issue with smart phones are which brand are better. I speak from two different aspects. I have owned a Blackberry previously like most. I purchased my Blackberry Curve in the spring of 09. This was my very first smart phone, I was never really a Sidekick person. I loved my Blackberry so much and was amazed at all the features and things I was able to do. I loved Blackberry Messenger and its features and everything worked for me. Once I hit the 6 month mark though I became tired of it really quickly and everything I once loved about the phone now annoyed me. My contract with my carrier would not end until May of 2010 and I knew I did not want to buy a new phone nor renew my contract. I had also recently purchased an iPod touch, and although it was not a smart phone, I was told its abilities with WiFi was that of an iPhone (Apple’s smart phone). When I began getting used to all that I could do with an iPod I knew from there I would be moving to AT&T to purchase the iPhone. I patiently waited until the Spring of 2010 arrived and I sold my Blackberry and iPod and made the switch. I have been a faithful iPhone owner since then and do not plan on changing this anytime soon. This phone and its abilities is everything I thought it would be and more. With the iPhone there is literally an Application for almost everything! It comes equipped with an iPod which is why I sold mine because it is a phone and an iPod in one. All of the applications it comes with like the camera and safari web browser works perfectly. You honestly do not even miss a keyboard because once you get used to typing with this keyboard you will be fine. This is one of my favorite features of the iPhone in general. The newer features on the 4 are much greater including FaceTime video chatting. This is the first and only phone I have ever been in love with and it has been that way for some time now! Since my purchase others around me have even joined the team.
