I have found a neat way to keep your nails looking nice, without the costly and time consuming hassle of going to the salon every week. I have been using a product called “ Impress Manicure” by Broadway Nails. It is a great product, which features the convenience of a press on Manicure to go.
Let me first say, that I was a bit skeptical at first. I have tried “Press on nails” before and they do not stay put long enough. This product features a sticky “glue like” tab that peels off upon application to give you a firm hold unto your nail bed. However, when you wish to take them off, you can conveniently peel them off with no harm done to your natural nails.
For a longer hold, I use a dab of fast-drying 30 second nail glue. I recommend doing so, if you wash your hands often or you may work around the house, etc. Just dab the nail glue on top of the sticky tab before application, to ensure a longer hold.
Application is fairly easy and they come in a variety of solid, bright and dark colors to pretty patterns.
First, make sure your natural nails are clean and polish free. Pick your nail size by number (found on inside of nail) Then, gently peel the tab. Press the “sticky part” on your nail bed and hold for a couple of seconds. Repeat until you have completed the whole set. You will have some leftover nails, in case you need to repair or simply make a little boo-boo.
It’s as simple as that! Take a shot and try this product. It will look like a “Salon Manicure” for just a couple of bucks! I purchase mine from a local Retail Drug Store chain for around $5 bucks. That’s not a lot to pay for an awesome set of nails. To bring out the Diva in you, try the awesome patterns for a sure way to turn heads! Now go do something else with the money you save. Enjoy!
