Sitting by the dock looking out on the bay
Heavy burdens on my mind throughout the day.
Wondering why the things in life has to be so complicated
But then thinking again, everything should be appreciated.
I know we all have problems in life, but keep this in mind.
You’ll never be the only one; there are plenty down the line.
Sometimes you just have to take life punches.
But believe in your heart you’ll have blessing by the bunches.
Though your burdens may be heavy now, and you don’t think you’ll see an end
Hold your head up high, walk straight and narrow, your life has just began.
