Decorate Your Christmas Tree with a “We Three Kings” Christmas Theme

We three kings of orient are, bearing gifts we traverse afar
Field and fountain, moor and mountain, following yonder star.

Oh, star of wonder, star of night, star with royal beauty bright.
Westward leading, still proceeding,
Guide with thy perfect light.

Born a King on Bethlehem’s plain,
Gold I bring to crown him again
King for ever, ceasing never over us all to reign…..

Frankincense to offer have I, incense owns a Deity nigh
Pray’r and praising, all men raising,
Worship him, God most high, oh…..

Myrrh is mine, its bitter perfume breathes a life of gathering gloom.
Sorrowing, sighing, bleeding, dying, sealed in the stone cold tomb.

Glorious now behold him arise, king and God and sacrifice
Alleluia, alleluia, heaven to earth replies…

This timeless Christmas Carol was written more than 150 years ago by a Reverend John Henry Hopkins. What better way to decorate a Christmas tree than by celebrating these 3 majestic kings and their historic visit with the Christ Child.

The best colors to use on a tree of such regality is with crimson and Gold. You can choose these colors or maybe plum and gold colors to complement a beautiful blue spruce tree.

You can use golden camels, opulent eastern crowns, and sparkling strings of stars to tell the age old Christmas story. And to finish this joyous tree, you can hang scarlet berries, thick shining tassels, gold snowflakes, and iridescent baubles.
