Dear Mother,
I just wanted to say thank you for bringing my little whining behind into this world 18 years ago today. You’ve spoon fed me, wiped my butt, taught me to walk, to cook, to color IN the lines, to drive, and how to give the perfect hugs. You’ve talked me through the worst times in my life no matter how hard I fought you and sang way too many things instead of just saying them like a normal person. You’re goofy, you make the most amazing food I’ve ever eaten, and you’re beautiful even on days you insist you look like a mess. You’ve taught me so much, but most importantly you’ve taught me about God, how to live and how to love. Thank you for giving me all the countless opportunities you have over the years, for putting up with me, and for being the most generous person on the face of the planet. I love you Mom. Happy birthday
