Michele, we need a Department Of Education for the same reason that we need a very steep and progressive income tax. Because it’s in the Communist Manifesto.
All actual education gets done at the state level. The only reason why we need a national education organization is to facilitate Marxist re-education.
The first thing budget cutters should do is to give socialism the old heave-ho. We can no longer afford it. Abolish the Department of Education.
Looks like the Post Office is losing billions and is going down for the third time. Let’s close down the Post Office as well.
