Are You Prepared to Purchase a New Vehicle? (Omg)

What was I thinking when I purchase this vehicle? I was divorced with 4 children. We would all pack into this vehicle. I barely had room for groceries. I apparently, did not give too much thought before purchasing this vehicle at that time.

I recall when I applied for the loan application. I was rejected. The reason was that I did not have a credit history. I was desperate, so I requested to speak to the manager. As I sat and talked with her, I explained that if no one ever gave me a chance to show that I could make the payments, I would never have a credit history. I assured her that I believed in always making my payments on time and that I took this seriously. After I talked, she approved my loan. After that I never had a problem purchasing a vehicle. I was a happy person that day.

It was a good thing that I was petite built and my children were small, otherwise we all would not have fit into this vehicle.

I recall taking my children to an event in this yellow pinto. The police pulled me over. I thought, “What have I done?” “I am sure I was driving the speed limit.” He asked to see my identification and registration. He then asked me if I was aware my driver’s license had expired. I had to tell him the truth, that I had not even given it a thought. I was so embarrassed. I thought, “How could I forget that.” My birthday had just passed a few days ago. He was very nice about it and told me to get that taken care of. I Thanked him. Naturally this happened when I had a car full of children. But I took it as a learning lesson and took care of that right away. The police did not have to be so lenient, but I was glad and appreciative that he was.

Before purchasing your new vehicle, you might want to do some research.
