It’s Christmas Day,
I’m all alone.
I have no one,
To call my own.
I had my coffee,
And fed the cats.
And fed myself,
And that was that.
I wish someone
Would me invite,
To spend some time,
With them tonight.
I’d bring to them,
A bottle of wine.
A simple meal,
Would be just fine.
