A Poem of Easter

I remember Eggs and Flowers
Tulips were my Mom’s favorites.

Colors that delight my Eyes.
Dying delicately to make Patterns.

Cadbury Cream Eggs,
Footballs made of Chocolate.

Scrambling, searching, in every Crevice.
Search for the hidden Treasures.

Gorge ourselves on our Booty
Till last we collapsed,

I remember Easter.
