10-minute pampering ideas for moms

Having “me-time” is important for moms even if it is only for ten minutes a day. No kids, husbands, cell phones, laptops, doorbells or distractions–just a few minutes to bring the day spa home and pamper and soothe your soul. Find some time to pamper yourself when the kids are asleep, at school or doing chores. These 10-minute home spa “getaways” can be a great way to clear your mind and relieve daily stress.

Foot Spa
Sometimes nothing can make you feel more pampered than a foot spa. Your feet will look and feel better after this evening pamper session. Look for a tea-tree oil spa soak for extra softness and a peppermint and pumice scrub to soothe and exfoliate your feet in one easy step. Let one foot soak while your scrub the other, switch and then rinse. Follow by applying a soothing lavender foot lotion.

Quick Hair Treatment
Try a 10-minute hair treatment to pamper your locks. Look for coconut, argan or olive oil to condition damaged or dry hair.
