You could try Valerian – it is a natural herbal remedy from a Herbalist shop for anxiety/stress and nervousness. You could also try meditating for 10 minutes each day for the week prior to exams. Good luck. UK

Q: So recently someone I have been having a bit of a crush on..totally came onto me like “Bam! thats exactly how I was feeling” so we hung out for 2 days and nights straight we never made with the sex but fooled around and it was agreed on by both parties it would be happening later for sure. A: Well, first of all, let me put in my input. Why the heck did you guys get so intimate so fast? Two days of hanging out and you guys jump straight to lust? That is NOT a good way to start off a relationship, in my opinion. I mean, why buy the cow when you can drink the milk for free? It’s that kind of thing. However, I am not being judgemental..just my 2 cents for future reference.Now, to the subject at hand..I think the reason you are feeling these emotions is because you were kind of sprung into a sort of shock about the whole intimacy thing. Have you ever been that intimate with a girl? Either way, it would be a shock of the lifetime when a crush (that you don’t even think likes you) all of a sudden gets so flirty & open with you. Here’s some advice..if you do like her then keep going for her. These feelings are normal and if you ever want a relationship then you will have to deal with them..might as well get use to it now. Anxious how can I get rid of this feeling?
Q: I smoked today for the first time. I didn’t smoke the whole cig and I feel absolutely horrible about doing it. I’ve promised my mother and boyfriend I’d never touch another. I just feel so sick inside for doing that to myself. How can I distract myself from it so I can sleep?
A: Everyone makes mistakes, you are only human. The first thing to do is forgive yourself. You can’t get past it if you continue to dwell on it. You know what you did was wrong for you and you vow to never do it again. Half of a cigarette is not going to cause any damage. Your body will be ok and you will recover. Just know that if you continue though serious health risks will follow. Trust me I have been smoking now for six years. It’s awful and very hard to kick the habit. You just need to be confident in yourself and know that you choose your actions. Not your friends or peers. If smoking half of a cigarette is the worst thing you do then you are an angel.

A: What kind of dope you smoking? You could try a milder sort, Skunkweed makes me barking mad sometimes, but a nice clean hashish, is often milder, and not such an edgy buzz. You obviously enjoy some aspect of it, or you would not smoke it, but there are so many varieties,around these days to choose from, , shop around. Alot of people get a much better buzz from stuff they have grown them selves, being more involved in the whole cultivation thing seems to bond plant,& smoker, for a more intimate, and personal relationship with what they smoke! but then again, if you just want a cupple of spliffs on aweekend, its probably best not to grow a whole bloody jungle of the stuff! shop around.
