A: i have been blind for nearly six years and i usually dream in images. For me, it is a beautiful experience, because at least in that realm i have my “sight” back. i do dream sometimes in only auditory senses though, a phenomenon that is happening more often as the years go by since i lost my eyesight. What are the spiritual implications of recurring lucid dreaming, only it’s an auditory dream about a song?
Q: More detail!?! Why not. After all I did ask so I should provide some sort of background, just to flesh it all out, I suppose. Okay, so…it’s a White Stripes song, We’re going to be friends, and the line “walk with me, Suzy Lee, thru the park and past the tree” is were I realize I’m dreaming again. I could be driving my Audi, preforming open heart surgery, even backing one of my fabulous quiches Lorraines,( things like this require a certain amount of attention) and I become aware that I’m having the dream again. Even as I write this I’m humming along in harmony to the main body of the music. Spiritually speaking, am I going to die, or go crazy, or whatever? What does it all mean!?!
