Q: My entire life, I’ve never remembered my dreams. It has happened, but very rarely – maybe 3 times a year. I’m wondering if there’s a way you can train your mind to remember dreams.(I assume this is not a general memory issue? I have quite a good memory during the day.)
A: A group of high school kids did a research project on this very subject. They found that if you write down in a journal or on a piece of paper these words “I will remember my dream” about ten to twenty times right before you fall asleep, you will wake up in the morning remembering it. A: keep a journal next to your bed and if you wake up during the night write it down right away. it works for me but, if that doesnt work for you then all I can say is you must be a a very deep sleeper…..lucky

A: Before you go to sleep tonight repeat to yourself that you want to dream about it again. If it doesn’t work tonight try again tomorrow. If it’s your main focus before bed than your mind should be able to hold on to it. I also believe that when we sleep/dream it’s an actual more real life than now. Meaning that your soul is free to travel and talk to crossed over people. To be what it is before it came into this body and after it leaves. So it may have been something important but mabye something that your ‘waking life’ was not supposed to know.
