How do you deal with Paranoia and PTSD?
Q: I have got this ridiculous bout of paranoia that’s been bugging me for almost a week now, and it’s not hurting my sleep or anything but it’s causing me a lot of anxiety and interfering with my studies. So I was wondering if I could get any advice from people who have found some good ways of dealing with Paranoia and PTSD? Thanks.
A: You need thearpy. Do not take ant drugs, just get a thearpist/physcologist. He/she will help you overcome your thoughts of paranoia and get to the root of this disorder. You really need to talk to someone because you can not treat yourself alone. You need to make sure that you get 8 hours of sleep. A lack of sleep contributes to this, especially if you have insomnia. Read, ” Toxic Psychiatry” by Peter R. Breggin, M.D. This will help you to not be brainwashed to take meds that alter your brain composition. You might need to if it is severe but then it will help since it is severe. A pro will let you know hoe severe it really is. Hope I kinda helped. I get paranoided sometimes but I have to let it go and not think of the worst that can happen. Try to forget it but it does not work that easily which is why a pro would work best.
How do you deal with paranoia?
Q: Do you have it? Do you know someone who has it?It’s getting worse for me every day.How do you deal with it?Therapy? Medication? What?
A: paranoia is 95% of the time related to a vitamin deficiency. Vitamin b12 deficiency leads to paranoia. I have a good diet which always lead e o believe tht I was not deficient in any vitamins for a long time. Then I started developing paranoia. I did some research online and found some vitamins that were said to cure paranoia..and they did. Vitamin b12 supplementation can get rid of paranoia in alot of cases such as mine. I took 1-2 mg’s of vitamin b12 a day. You need to make sure you get the kind of b12 that can be absorbed (methyl-b12). Methylcobalamin is a highly absorbable form of vitamin b12 that usually comes as sublingual tablets that dissolve under your tongue. That alone will help rid you of paranoia. Two other vitamins that are used which help paranoia and suspiciousness are Niacin and Vitamin C. Niacin used in dosages of 3 grams a day have been shown to help people with psychosis and schizophrenia. It helps you relax as well and is a natural antipsychotic. Vitamin C helps alot too especially with paranoia and suspiciousness. It is used in dosages anywhere between 3-10 grams a day. Try these 3 vitamins and you will see that the paranoia will stop getting worse by the day and it will start getting better until it eventually fades away completely. Vitamin b12 and vitamin c are non-toxic even in high dosages so dont be worried about the high amounts that are listed. Vitamin B3 (NIACIN) can cause liver damage if taken in dosages over 3 grams a Day. So try to keep your niacin dose anywhere between 2-3 grams a day. I use 3 grams of niacin a day which is the dosage that works for me with no problems encountered. I’ve been on these now for about 2 years and I remain paranoia/psychosis free!

I just need a break from all this. please, no therapy and meds. anyone who has gone through simular situation, please answer!thanks
A: seems to me if it’s been impacting your life for months now, you cannot deal with it on your own, or you would have by now…you need to see a cognitive behavioral therapist kiddo, like it or not, that is the truth.
