A: I think some of us have more problems than others…I suspect it is the result of adrenaline. If it is a test or situation where you need to not shake try to burn some of it off by walking rapidly right before hand…and then when you sit down used controlled breathing. I think once you get to the point you are deeply concentrating it begins to get better…for sports competition it may acutually be helpful since it helps you “spring” into action..it is just very difficult in situations where you have to sit still…or in auditions where you need fine motor skills

I’ve never been more nervous in my entire life and I have to pick him up from the train station in about 5 hours. A: To stop yourself from babbling talk slower than feels usual so he can understand you and don’t worry, although it may feel much slower to you it will probably sound normal to him. On your way try and think of some funny memories you have or any private jokes you have with him to talk about. Try and make him laugh :)Don’t worry too much, when you see him you’ll be fine. A: Real friends shouldn’t be making you feel like this. You should tell them how angry you are and you should demand respect from them. If it doesn’t work, find new friends. You deserve better…Good luck.
