These are dreams shared by more than one person. I had one with my wife, and it was further proof to me that since brains cannot overlap, the mind must be a separate entity. Our dreams are mind-based. I believe the brain is merely a physica…

Can anyone help me understand this mutual dream?
Q: Two nights ago my boyfriend and I had the same dream and we were interacting with each other in a sexual way. I really was skeptical that we could have possibly had this same exact dream, but it was to the point where i asked “what happened after we were sitting on the couch”, and he could answer and tell me. In the research I’ve done, this seems like a ‘mutual meeting dream’ but I was wondering if anyone had any more information on this type of thing!
A: Not at all uncommon. Easier for regular people to explain than a psychologist though. A shrink would have to say there’s some deep subconscious connection between the two of you.Basically you both knew something about what you wanted to do and dreamed it. That you both dreamed it is a good thing, go for it.

Q: is there such a thing where two people have the same dream at the same time? as in, they see each other in the dream as it’s happening. has anyone heard of anything like that?in case this is somewhat unclear, what i’m saying is that two people could meet up in a dream, and actually be with each other like in real life.
A: I live in East Asia, and suspense things like mutual dreams are common here,in mythology and folklores, usually it’s a omen, indicate something in the dreams will really happen in the future….or some dead people’s soul trying to contact the living, inform them about something important.I used to read a book about underground resistance, the daughter’s parents both dreamed of her were buried alive one night…….they haven’t heard of their daughter for years….and about 10 years later, when the government award their parents for their daughter’s brave death, the father asked them when did she died, the governemnt clerk told him the date, the father burst into tears, that was the day he and his wife dreamed of their daughter buried alive.
Has anyone ever had a legitimate “mutual dream” with somebody else? Were your dreams exactly the same?
Q: My twin brother, me and a buddy of mine had the exact same dream when we were little. We didn’t discover it until we were in highschool, but we were all very young when we had this dream and it was bizarre enough for us to all remember it vividly. Here’s the dream:My bed was floating through my house while I’m laying in it. It sounds like a party is going on, but nobody can be seen. The bed floats to the basement. The lights become red and dim. The bed stops next to a picture on the wall. It is a picture of the cartoon face of the devil reminiscint of the Far-Side comic strip of the guy in a devil suit with a pointed beard. As I stare at the picture, loud laughter erupts around me. Then I wake up. My bro’s dream was exactly like mine. My buddy’s dream was the same except it was his house and the devil image was projected on the wall with a slide projector. Other than that, everything was the same. When we were little, my bro and I didn’t even know my buddy…
A: thats strange, i have never had a dream exactly like someone elses.
