Why is the Family Stalling the Missing Baby Lisa Case?

The case grows stranger and stranger with each passing hour. After saying they would allow the two half-brothers of Lisa Irwin, to be re-interviewed, Joe Tacopina, announced the interviews were cancelled. He said he would call police next week to re-schedule. After announcing the cancellation of the house tour and press conference, Cyndy Short, gave exhaustion as the reason. Friday, it was announced that Short was not longer working for the family. No reason was given.
I suspect it would be almost impossible to find a case that has been as poorly handled as this one. Normally, one would say that about a police department, but this blame belongs on the shoulders of the lawyers. To cancel the press conference and the house tour might be understandable, if Ms. Short was on her way out. To use the excuse of exhaustion, is mind-boggling, absurd, and damning. What loving parent is going to not give the police anything they need to find their daughter? You might claim exhaustion if you were looking for a stolen car or a childs toy, but a baby? That is beyond anything I have ever heard of or hope to hear of. This attorney may be a high profile attorney, but as a everyday Josie, who did not fall off of the turnip truck yesterday, his profile just dropped quite a few pegs. It would be wonderful if he could have come up with any excuse for cancelling the interviews. One does not know if he had a hand in cancelling the tour and press conference, although since he has been called the lead attorney, one would think he knew. His actions are able to stand on their own as to pointing the finger at his client. There will be no way out of this one. I would love to hear a sensible reason for the actions of the last two days. I am afraid that is not going to happen. Not unless we find out that one of the children harmed Lisa, and due to all of the stories that have been told, nothing is too far fetched. This is my opinion and I am sticking to it.
