To no one’s surprise, Kim Kardashian and her husband are getting divorced after 72 days. Rushed Hollywood marriages more times than not end in divorce. I guess the 2 million dollar engagement right and the elaborate wedding that was filmed for the reality show were ultimately meaningless. Of course the wedding wasn’t a total waste. Kim and her family probably made more money from the wedding than anything else and it was a nice publicity stunt for Kim. I mean the whole world tuned in to watch her get married, and now the whole world is tuning it to see her get divorced. It’s a win-win situation, and I’m sure most people probably never even heard of Kris Humphries before this whole situation.
In all honesty though, it was only a matter of time. Anyone who saw the show would know that the two were constantly arguing with each other leading up to the marriage-this was on camera, so I’m sure there were more problems going on off camera. Of course, this is assuming that whole marriage wasn’t a set up for publicity. You can never tell with reality TV stars, whose only claim to fame is being famous.
