JP Morgan Chase

I am a customer with JP Morgan Chase bank, and I am fed up with their constant fee’s. How can any get ahead in life when their bank account is being bleed to death by their bank.

I started trusting my money with Chase a few years back. At the time there were not fee’s for using ATM’s except for the fee you paid to the ATM. Not the case any more. Often I find they charge me not only for simply using another ATM, but for every different thing I do at that ATM. I get charge for the balance inquiry, for the withdraw and sometimes the ATMs automatically show your ending balance, and I get charged for that!

I live in a rural community, there is one Chase ATM in my area, to get to any other ATM, it takes 45 minutes. So when I use another ATM, I am being charged for their lack of support.

Don’t get me started on their other favorite fee to charge me. I am being charged to pay my car insurance bill… it cost me $6. The fee is called a Misc. Debit.

Now my car insurance offers me a discount for paying paperless, but I am sure that discount doesn’t equal the $72 I am paying in fees to my bank!

I have three bills being paid paperless… I am paying $216 a year in fees for those debits alone!

I don’t even want to know what other fees I am paying. Last month I went through this whole ordeal with chase that nearly landed me $400 in fee’s. My miscalculations of their fees got me over drafted by 40 cents. So I was hit with an over draft fee, then a returned payment fee. I was never notified even though I am signed up for the Chase texting option… I am suppose to get a text when I have activity on my account such as a overdraft. But no word, until my car insurance called to let me know they attempted to get their money three times to no avail.

I contacted chase to learn to of my bill collectors tired to get their money three times each, every time chase fee my account. Originally I was a few dollars off in my calculation of what was in my account, due to a stupid ATM fee chase tacked onto my account, in the end I had nearly $600 in fees. Chase thankfully took away a good amount, but it still cost me a lot to fix the situation.

I just checked my account, my one last bill I have use that account went through just fine, then chase tacked on that $6 fee that use to be only $4, over drawling me $1.32. So here we go again…
