Jon Bones Jones Beats Rampage Jackson at UFC 135

Jon Bones Jones went to UFC 135 to defend his light heavyweight title against Rampage Jackson. Many fans believed that Jones was going to lose to Jackson. Jackson believed that jones did not have any striking power and that Jones was all hype. Jackson and the rest of the world should have learnt that Jones is not all hype because he won the title pretty easily.

Jones proved to Jackson that he does indeed have striking power and proved to Jackson that he could in fact strike with Jackson. Jones just kept throwing strikes from out of nowhere throughout the first three rounds. The fourth round came around and he slapped a rear-naked chokehold on Jackson, making him submit. Jackson really did not pose a major threat to Jones at any point in the fight. Jones

Jones has proven that he is one of the best fighters in the UFC, and he has proven this before his fight with Jackson. Jones will probably still continue to be called “hype” by many UFC fans and fighters even after the victories that he has had. I think if Jones ends up winning the next few fights, he should gain some weight and go into the heavyweight division. I think that Jones would absolutely dominate the heavyweight division easily and he would receive a heavyweight title shot rather quickly. I personally would love to see Jones fight Junior Dos Santos, Lesnar or even the current heavyweight Cain Velasquez.

Right now all of us fans can enjoy Jones fighting some more fighters in his division.
