How to Get and Submit FCC Form 605

FCC Form 605 is one of the common forms used by the Federal Communications Commission for issuing licenses. It can be filed online or through paper forms. The main Form 605 and its related Schedules are available at the FCC website.

Form 605 is used to apply for a license/permit for Ship Radio Service, Aircraft Radio Service, Amateur Radio Service, General Mobile Radio Service, and Commercial Radio Operator, Restricted Radiotelephone, and Restricted Radiotelephone-Limited Use Radio Services.
