How to Cure Sinusitis

Sinusitis can be very painful but how can you be sure it isn’t just a cold? A tasty way to alleviate sinus pain and pressure is by consuming pineapple. It contains bromelain and acts as an anti-inflammatory to reduce swelling in nasal passages. Don’t care for the tasty fruit, you can also consume a bromelain supplement. A good thing to avoid is alcohol. It causes the membranes to swell making pain and pressure worse.

A good foot massage will help to stimulate blood and oxygen flow to the sinuses, reducing congestion. You can get quick results by massaging each foot for five minutes twice a day.
