Would you love to look slimmer instantly? Do you want to look thinner without dieting? If you’re like me, you want to look thinner but have trouble fitting in exercise. From your nose to your toes there are plenty of tricks to look thinner and slimmer without diet, exercise, or cosmetic surgery. Here are ten body parts you can slim instantly.

Slim your face. An easy way to slim your face is to adjust your hairstyle. Tease your hair at the crown to create more volume from the roots. Style the sides a little bit closer to your face, so that they are not as wide. This will give the illusion of a longer, thinner face, which also gives the illusion of a longer, thinner you.

Slim your cheeks. You’ll need two colors of blush for this trick, or a matte bronzer and a blush. Start with a blush or bronzer that is slightly darker than your natural skin tone. Suck in your cheeks, and sweep the color in the hollows under your cheekbone. Try to create the look of a naturally occurring shadow that comes from high cheek bones. Blend. Sweep your favorite color bush (just so its not darker than the one you already used) at the top of your cheek bones. The lighter the color, the more your cheek bones will stand out. Blend. Your cheeks will look slimmer, and so will you!

Slim your nose. You can make your nose look slimmer too, but this time use concealer. Make a thin line of concealer straight down the center of your nose. It must be a shade lighter than your foundation. Next, use concealer that is a shade darker than your foundation to make straight lines down the sides of your nose. Gently blend your foundation over top. Remember that the look needs to be subtle – you don’t want to see any lines. The effect will make your nose look thinner.

Slim your tummy. This trick is my favorite! And it’s free. Take a deep breath, and let it out. Stand up straight, put your shoulders back, and look in the mirror. Hold your stomach muscles taught without drawing them in. You’ll instantly look longer and leaner. Keep practicing until it becomes a habit.

Slim your torso. An easy way to slim your torso is to wear V-neck shirts. I love V-necks because they make me look taller, which also makes me look thinner. The deeper the V, the thinner you look. Wear a fun cami underneath to avoid any wardrobe malfunctions!

Slim your tush. Who doesn’t want a smaller looking tush? I do! Your best bet for a smaller tush is to wear high-waisted jeans with large pockets. Pockets help break up the ‘expanse’ of your backside, making it look smaller and tighter.

Slim your muffin top. If your jeans runneth over, don’t despair. Just skip the low rise jeans (I know, they’re my favorite, too) and opt instead for a mid rise or even high rise, whatever you need to tame the troublesome bulges. Low rise jeans push the skin up and over, whereas mid or high rise cover it.

Slim your hips. To slim your hips, wear a longer top. Anything that stops at hip-line will cut you in half, making your hips look even wider. Instead, go for a long jacket, a long asymmetrical shirt, or anything that breaks up that straight line. A shrug over top of a long fitted shirt works great, too.

Slim your legs. This is simple. Wear heels that match your legs. If you’re wearing black pants, wear black heels. If you’re wearing a dress and no stockings, wear nude heels. This will lengthen the look of your legs, and make them look skinnier, too.

Slim your feet. I have short, wide feet. The best fix is pointy boots! They will elongate your feet and make appear them more proportionate to your legs. If you prefer sneakers, try a brand like Converse, whose shoes tend to be longer and thinner.
