A: It actually varies from person to person. I had one in Dec 2006 and I went in only because when I wiped earlier that day I saw a little pink and was worried so they did a pelvic and an u/s which is when we found out that I had a missed m/c the baby had stopped growing at 7 weeks 3 days I was a little over 9 weeks. I never had any cramping bleeding nothing I eventually had to have a D and C done this was almost a week after I found out the baby was no longer alive so it had been 3 weeks and I had no symptoms.If you suspect you are having one I would go to the ER I would rather be safe than sorry.
