Q: A day ago, I felt my bottom lip was very sore and sensitive and it felt like it was swelling up. Then later on that day a few really small cold sores poped up. Right now it’s not noticable at all unless you get really really close up and personal. But my lips feel really horrible like it feels really dry and really sensitive on the area. Or what about Blistex?And also are there things I should be doing to avoid the cold sore getting bigger? Like should I constantly be washing my lips and keep it dry or should I be drinking lots of water?Please help, I get cold sores every year atleast once in the winter time and this is my first time I’ve had it in the summer.
