Q: I know there are early pregnancy test, but I know that they also sometime are inaccurate to take too early even with ept…so what my question is….When is the best time to take a pregnancy test (not talking about before your period)..talking about how many days after should give a more accurate result. I have the equate ept which I’m waiting to take if I miss it…but how long after the the first day of missing it should I take it? THANKS~! A: Whichever you choose do it first thing in the morning because that’s when the hormones will be the most concentrated in the urine. I would wait until you’re at least a week late. Please see a doc as soon as possible if you get a positive. Good luck!
