Woman Banned from Internet After Sexting of Teen – Sent Naked Pictures of Herself

A Texas mother, who pleaded guilty to sexting her son’s 16 year-old classmate by sending him naked pictures of herself, is banned from the Internet except for work use, per order of the judge. Lori David, 38, was also told that she’s banned from sending text messages to anyone but family members as part of her sentence for sexting the teen, according to Mail Online.

A Texas judge decided not to send this Texas housewife to prison for solicitation of a minor, but instead put the web and text ban in place. She is also not allowed to have any children, other than her own, in her home.

David admitted to sending nude photos of herself to her son’s classmate that she had met while volunteering at his high school. One photo was described by the court as a “lewd” position, as it showed David posing in a kneeling position on her bed naked. Another picture was that of David topless.

David knew the boy because she jogged with the young man’s mother, court documents revealed. The two exchanged messages on Facebook before David sent the naked and topless pictures to the teen.

David was visibly shaken as she waited for the judge to hand down her sentence, as she could have gotten up to ten years in jail. Instead the judge issued the restrictions and ban, along with five years of probation.
