Up and Down

Sun rise and shine; bright in the big sky
Moon wanes full to new; in the bed of stars above

Drought comes quite swift; plants cry and die
Rain drops salty blue; life thrives new love

Hate grows cold miffed; heart shivers shrinks awry
Love thrives warm anew; soul sores like a dove

Agitated solace pain adrift, human with no ally
Calm breath hot taboo, bodies snug as a glove

Stagnate life cannot grift; sad and lonely little barfly
Hot breaths quickly ensue; passion grows inside love

Fighting strong a rare gift; holding tight to your lie
Release do not peruse, relax for the last octave

Clinging to old rifts; slipping down saying goodbye
Entwined souls never outgrew; hearts bonded in love
