Entering the twelfth week of the season the Indianapolis Colts are without a win being 0-10. I’m a Colts fan and not even I at the beginning of the season expected much from the Colts this year. Honestly, I didn’t expect the Colts to make it to the playoffs this year, but the idea of the Colts not having any wins at this point never crossed my mind.
While it takes a team to win or lose a game, nobody can deny that Peyton Manning is a general on the gridiron. The seasoned quarterback reads defenses like no other and he slices through defenses putting up a lot of points on the board. The Colts without Peyton Manning however, I can say with boldness is nothing. People can disagree with me all they want, but I can simply point to the Colts standings as concrete evidence proving my claim.
Year after year with Peyton Manning in the lineup the Colts have been a playoff contention team despite their being beaten and bruised missing first string players. This year without Peyton Manning and a much more healthier Colts team compared to latter years can’t even muster a W.
It is obvious that the Colts need to do some serious tweaking to the team because if the team is this bad missing one piece to the puzzle then there is something seriously wrong.
