Monthly Contest Rules and Regulations
1). To participate in monlthy contest, you simply must be a member of “The 420 Club – the Secret Society for Stoners” facebook page.
2). Only one entry per member is allowed.
3). The amount of prizes to be awarded will depend on the amount of members that belong to our page, so this will give everyone a better chance of winning. A 1st Place Prize will be awarded for the first 1000 members the page has, a 2nd Place Prize will be awarded for 1001-5000 page members, and a 3rd Place Prize will be awarded for 5001-10000 page members, with 5 being the most amount of prizes to be awarded per contest.
4). All prizes awarded will be shipped via regular ground mail. (You will receive a tracking number in advance)
5). Any prizes awarded must be deemed legal in thecourt of law to where the winner resides, and are soley awarded for recreational or collectible use only, we assume no responsibility if award winner uses it any way that its illegal.
6). The winner(s), agree to take a picture of prize upon reception, and post on facebook page.
7). In the case that the prize awarded to the winner is a product that is for the use of smoking tobacco products (most are), winners must be of legal age in the state or country they reside to use/purchase tobacco products.
8). No personnel of “The 420 Club – the Secret Society For Stoners”, or their family members are allowed to participate in any contests.
The contest will take place on The 420 Club’s Page and will be based on 5 Different Stoner questions (it is so easy, its ridiculous, we should just pick someone and send the prize). The first person to send correct answers to [email protected] (preferred) or message “The 420 Club” on Facebook, will be deemed the 1st Place winner with the next correct answers submitted the 2nd place Winner.
