Taste Just like the Real Thing Low Fat Dessert Smoothies Take Two

Everyone likes desserts no matter how old you are. I guess it’s like Christmas with candy canes; you can’t have one without the other. You break tradition when you skip dessert after supper. I used to crave these large powdered donuts when I was a child. I still have not come up with a powdered donut smoothie as yet, but here are three more wonderful low fat dessert smoothies to take care of anyone’s sweet tooth.

Peanut Butter Pie a La Mode

2 Bananas Sliced and Frozen
2 Tbs Chocolate Syrup
1/3 Cup of Creamy Peanut butter
1/2 Cup Low Fat Chocolate Milk
5 to 6 Ice Cubes
3 Graham Cracker Squares
Non Fat Whip Cream

First blend together the milk, syrup and peanut butter. Then add in the bananas and ice cubes, blend in well. Now blend in the graham cracker squares, pour into a glass and top with nonfat whip cream.

Blueberry Cobbler

2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
1 Cup Low fat Blueberry Yogurt
3/4 Cup of Low fat Milk
1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
1/4 tsp of Nutmeg
3 Graham Cracker Squares, Crushed.

You start by blending the milk, yogurt, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Next you add in the blueberries and blend well. Finally, you pour the smoothie in a glass and add the crushed graham crackers to the top.

Almond Joy Just for You

2 Bananas Sliced and Frozen
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 and a Half Cups of Chocolate Frozen Yogurt
3 Tbs Coconut, Shredded
1 tsp coconut extract
3 Tbs Chocolate Syrup

First blend together the milk, extract, syrup. Then add in the bananas and shredded coconut and blend well, then enjoy.
