You can cook this dish in a conventional oven. It takes about an hour. I decided to microwave bake this meal. I cut a slit in the film cover, heated on high for six minutes, uncovered, stirred and continued cooking on high for four and one half more minutes. I let this dinner stand for five minutes before serving. I uncovered, stirred well and served. In about sixteen minutes, I had a complete meal ready. This one looked great!
