In an interview posted on WWE.COM, John Laurinaitis announced that John Morrison’s days as a WWE Superstar are over.
This is what John Laurinaitis had to say:
“I truly wish you the best,” he said. “Your contract was coming up in the next couple weeks anyway, and, looking at your win/loss record, I really wasn’t going to sign you anyway. That being said, it’s kind of a win/win for WWE and John Morrison. I hope you take some time to get your mind and body in order. Get well soon.”
John Laurinaitis also said The Miz won’t be punished for his brutally attack John Morrison on the Nov 28th episode of Raw. The match “Falls Count Anywhere” stipulation is the reason why The Miz won’t be punished. At the end of the interview, John Laurinaitis gave a thumb up and a big smile.
