Dice Massaging Beads for Feet

Do you have tired, achy feet from heavy holiday shopping? If you have a lot of dice lying around you can unwind with a relaxing foot massage using a similar technique to massaging beads. It doesn’t matter whether you use one dice, two dice or a whole foot tub full, you can exhilarate tired, aching feet.

Place dice in a foot bath tub and roll bare feet over them for restful stimulation. If you have ticklish feet then you may have a good laugh. Lightly pressing down on the dice may tickle your feet. If you press a little harder the tickle feeling may go away.

You don’t have to put any water in the foot bath tub to apply the massaging dice to your feet. However, to further induce a feeling of relaxation dissolve Epsom salts or bath salts into a partially filled foot tub of water and then add the dice. If there is too much water in the tub when you go to move your feet the water may splash out.

As a bonus, the dice are also good for stirring lotions that you may want to slather on your rejuvenated feet. Unscrew the lotion lid and drop in a dice or two. Close the lid and shake the container. As you shake the container the lotion contents will mix insuring that you will get the best results from your lotion. Dice won’t fit in all lotion containers.

Another way to get massaging results from dice if you wanted something more along the lines of being able to hold them like a massaging tool is to glue the dice together in an X shape and rub it over your feet or other tired, body parts. So the dice won’t break apart when you start massaging use strong glue such as Superglue. You’ll need at least 9 dice to make an X. One will go in the center and will be the base in which to glue two dice diagonally to the right and two dice diagonally to the left on the top repeating on the bottom with two dice going diagonally to the right and two dice diagonally to the left.
