Business: Europe Calling “V the Movie, Any Answer

Currently the economic collapse in Europe has not stopped, many would argue it has only gotten worse but that instills true has been revealed to the public. Through all the economic reports we hear corruption within governmental agencies have failed again and again to report financial facts. Over time the situation gets worse, facts then come out indicating the leaders withheld or reported wrong information altogether. Far too many governments either have no knowledge of how to control financials or they have purposely deceived their public and those attempting to help with bail-outs. The movie “V for Vendetta,” tells of a European nation where political corruption has destroyed most freedoms. Today the young of Europe are realizing the corruption in this movie is what they have been following in real life. It was allowed to take hold by the trust people had to prevent these very matters from becoming real. Today the European leadership displays the same standards and incompetence it was designed to keep out. The same it has accused the Third World leadership of having again and again. Has Europe than been masking it reality, it the entire European Union a third world nation under façade?

The global financial network of today was established after WWII, designed over time to prevent future financial crisis with established controls and regulations. What it could not establish were the qualifications or controls for those governmental officers who were to oversee these financial regulations. These governmental officers followed the same pattern of leadership that falls back to the feudal days, yet in all that time advances in finances and economics were not made any better. Those same leaders are still under believe they alone matter, the people they represent are there to serve them only. Through deceit and threats to life they have maintained this standard, lost are the freedoms the public should enjoy today, to such leader it never existed.

Preserving rights and freedoms only for themselves will not end the financial crisis; this will expand it even faster. If stress is meant to cause change, the stress in European societies now will surely cause reactions with those who have little to nothing to lose. This reaction will grow; already alliances are forming across national boundaries to organize a secondary line of information and support for the public to trust in. This exists outside the approved means of national authorities, acting as competition to the information they will present. As economics has pasted across borders, this new support can use the same methods to influence the outcome in the interest of the public good. Realizing facts are not being given by national authorities; the public has started to develop a countering effect to the deceits presented by the national authority.

Although some of these outside influences are intending to help the public, others will not. The public can no longer trust the governmental authorities in making the choice of which ones. Outraged by the effects they have seen, the public has determined the need to challenge those in authority to get at the truth. They see the only options currently available as opposing this ineffective leadership; this from matters taking place that started long ago and have not been resolved. Instead of stopping the financial crisis at its beginning the authorities listened to one corrupt individual after the other, leading entire nations to more ruin. Advantages and resources once gained and now needed for progress have to be left aside as the corruption states more demands. Only what this corruption deems important is considered, thus allowing the corruption to grow even more widespread.

Each nation played its part, forgetting to care and be responsible to those who are the true nation’s power and major resource…the nation’s public. This lack of statesmanship’s care indicates they do not see the public as an importance to “them.” Deciding to go beyond the simple constraints used to keep the public in place, living above and beyond these standards for “mere mortals.” Such concepts and standards lead the same leaders to consider their personal needs and desire above all others. Egos are tapped in this manner by corruption to allow a small group to take hold, gathering authority away from the public. Now the younger generations are seeing this, understanding who is and isn’t leading Europe to better days. They resist they ask for alliances around the world to aid them. But which ones are truly looking out for them and which are leading them to even more despair?
