Who knew that beans were good for belly fat? Since belly fat is the stubborn kind of fat on your body, and the most dangerous kind of fat overall, we need all the help we can get to get rid of that nasty belly fat once and for all. It doesn’t matter what kind of beans you eat, beans of any sort (kidney, pinto, lima, etc) are great for reducing belly fat. How? The fiber in beans has been shown to drastically reduce and keep off belly fat, plus the added protein in beans in general is great for providing energy and keeping the body feeling fuller, longer. So if you want to reduce that belly fat (which is the most unhealthiest type of fat you can pack around), break out the beans!
