disc. Where he hammer home his assigned lines in true sincerity? It’s strange that the Temptations went hitless on the Atlantic Records years, with Leonards in the group. But, started earning their glory years back, a Motown for awhile. One the Christmas album, they was produced on certain hits, by the legendary Gil Askey. Who’s a legend unto himself before he made this “Silent Night” apart of their history. Just maybe, he was the missing link they needed after Whitfield’s left the label. Because, he blended the five men harmony greatly in the way that Norman Whitfield crafted their greatest hits after Ruffin was dismissed.

On, the “Put Your Trust In Me” track they recorded with Glenn Carl, Leonard in the group. If promoted by the label this one song would have ranked closed to Kendricks last hit with his former group. The whole albums has songs written by Franklin, Williams, Street, Leonard that just never got serious attention, from executives, at Motown.

Just notice the one position, of the group that has the most singers honoring the legacy of one of the groups founder’s Eddie Kendricks seems to have many paying tributes to his years after his death. Whether, Harris or Leonard they both understood their importance that in concerts they mention respect for the opportunity, of being a Temptation. With, the Atlantic Record tracks getting notice on Youtube, you beginning to understand Glenn Leonard’s greatness. On, “Every Ready Love” which wasn’t highly promoted, by their new label. Least you witness G C Leonard laying his vocals upon this great tune.

At, this time the line-up wa Louis Price, Franklin, Street, Williams assisting im on the new label recording. If the Temptations never achieved hits upon the Atlantic Records label. It wasn’t because of the effort not being, from them. But maybe, from people in the music business that was business minded and like many executives today. Who doesn’t understand proper ways to market the group?
