Snake Escape

Sselma and Ccedric were the two heads of a single snake. They lived for years in a small dirty tank in a dark smelly corner of an aquarium in the Town Museum in a large midwestern city. Their evil keeper only fed them once a week and never cleaned their tank. One night the two heads were talking and decided to escape. Pal Sheldon, the keeper, was due the next morning. Sselma and Ccedrick tightly coiled their single powerful body against the corner of the tank, almost reaching the top. The tank was so dirty Pal couldn’t see them from the outside. As soon as he opened the top Sselma and Ccedric struck. Sselma went for his eyes and Ccedric for his throat. Pal leapt back, the two powerful sets of jaws attached to his body. He hit the cement floor, cracking his skull. Sselma and Ccedric ssslithered away through a tunnel in the dark kids’ museum, never to be seen again.
