It’s already that time of year: time to start thinking about sculpting the Halloween pumpkin and where can we find family friendly entertainment? There are a host of farms in Georgia which have, not only pumpkins for sale, but also other activities such as Hayrides, Petting Zoos and Corn Cannons among many other activities to be enjoyed by the entire family. Corn Mazes have also been growing in popularity and some have been in business for years. Note: if you are visiting a Corn Maze for the first time, it is always a good idea to wear sturdy shoes – not high heels or sandals – as you will be walking over rough terrain where the corn has been “laid down” for the maze. It’s also a good idea to bring a flashlight, just in case.
