Live Long Healthy – Do Pranayama Yoga Every Day

Pranayama – “Prana” Means “Air”. Pranayama is a breathing technique relaxes your mind and body, purifies the blood & purges the lungs of residual carbon-di-oxide and endorses proper diaphragmatic breathing.

Steps to do Pranayama:

1. Sit or stand erect and take deep breaths through your nostrils slowly and deeply. 2. Close your left nostril by pressing it with the right hand ring finger gently. 3. Inhale the air in your right nostril slowly, steadily and fully. 4. Now close your right nostril with your right thumb finger gently. Relax your ring finger. 5. Exhale the air in your left nostril with a slow and steady breath. 6. Now Inhale the air through your left nostril, close it and exhale through the right nostril. Repeat it for 10-15 times slowly and steadily.

You can do it Pranayama yoga anywhere and anytime. The best time to do this is in the early morning.
