Cute Fall Apple Themed Knit and Crochet Patterns

Fall is right around the corner, and one of the main things that comes to my mind when I think of fall is apples. I’ve been in a fall crafting type of mood lately, and have been falling in love with all of the apple themed knitting and crochet projects that are out there right now, you can find everything from dish cloths, to baby hats, to softies. Here are a few of my favorite apple themed knit and crochet projects.

Lion Brand Yarn – Apple Slice Tawashi Scrubber

I love using my handmade dish cloths and scrubbies when doing dishes, and when they are as cute as this Apple Slice Tawashi Scrubber from Lion Brand Yarn it’s a win, win situation. This crocheted scrubber is quick and easy to make. The pattern is a free download but you do have to sign up as a member of the Lion Brand Yarn website to gain access to it.

Spud & Chloe – Apple Hat

I have been in love with this Apple Hat from Susan B. Anderson since the day that she posted the pattern online. It is one of my favorite baby hats to knit, in fact everyone that I know that has had a baby since the pattern has come out has gotten one from me. It’s a great hat for a boy or girl and just screams fall to me.

Susan B. Anderson – Apple Washcloth

Can you tell that I am a huge fan of Susan B. Anderson? This very cute apple washcloth is another great pattern from Susan and is posted on her personal blog. The pattern is a knitting pattern but there is an optional crochet edging that can be added to them. So if you can both knit and crochet it’s a fun project to incorporate both skills.
