If you are a Facebook user, you know that at present there is no available application in Facebook that offers creating photo slideshows. However, Facebook allows you to post photo slideshows on your account by creating a slideshow outside of Facebook and posting it there.
Here are two ways that you can follow to be able to post photo slideshows in your Facebook account.
First there are Online or Web based Slideshow Creators which you can search through the internet. One of these web based or online slideshow creator is Slide.com which is free. Just follow these steps in creating your slideshow: upon opening the page, it will require you to identify where you would want to get your photos. You may choose to add photos from your Facebook account and any other social networking site that you are using. Select the “Get my images” button and it will then direct you to your Facebook account for you to log in.
Select the photos from your photo albums which you want to include in the slideshow. Wait for slide to finish copying or uploading your selected photos. After completely uploading the photos you may then select your desired design for your slideshow. Go to the “Customize your Design” window and choose the best design that you like. You can preview the design that you have applied by looking at the top part of the web page. If you are through, you may then select the “Save” icon and a code will appear.
This code can be used to post your slideshow to other social networking sites just by copying and pasting it. Instructions are available for you to follow. For Facebook, there is an option that will appear where you can select Facebook and the slideshow will be posted to Facebook.
Another way is to use an Offline Slideshow Maker. This option will not allow you to get photos from you Facebook account, instead you will have to upload photos directly from your computer. You can use Windows MovieMaker or any other video editing software that you have to create your photo slideshow. Bear in mind that creating a photo slideshow using these software programs are not very easy, it is more complicated than using Online Slideshow makers. Although, the output of your slideshow is still the same with the ones made through online slideshow makers.
