For years now we have depended on those little books of pumpkin carving patterns to help us create a great carved pumpkin, but as the cost of those books of pumpkin patterns has increased our use of them has decreased. So instead of paying anwhere from $5 to $10 for a book of pumpkin carving patterns why not find your pumpkin carving patterns online for free? There are plenty of places where you can find free pumpkin carving patterns online; here are a few of my favorite ones.

The creator of one of those books of pumpkin carving patterns is Pumpkin Masters. Pumpkin Masters offer a few pumpkin carving patterns for free on their website, and offer several more patterns for free on their Facebook page. The patterns on Pumpkin Master’s Facebook page are fan exclusives, and you must “Like” Pumpkin Masters to gain access to them.

The History Channel

Cable Television’s The History Channel offers several pumpkin carving patterns on their website. The patterns range from simple patterns featuring a graveyard, ghost, bats, and a cute cat to more complex patterns featuring George Washington, the Liberty Bell, Mt. Rushmore, the Statue of Liberty and Ben Franklin.

Halloween and Hershey’s candy seem to go hand in hand, however Hershey’s offering a little bit of scary with it’s sweetness by offering free pumpkin carving patterns on their website. The easy patterns include a puppy face, witch, spider, bats, and witch’s brew, while the intermediate patterns include a scary Reese’s cup, an angry tree stump, skulls, bats, and scary cat. The advanced skill level of patterns include Dracula, an owl, haunted house, Grim Reaper, and goblins.
