Since its release in January of 2007, the iPhone has continued to wow consumers globally. Even now, almost 5 years later, Apple adds more features and perks to its smart phone. With the release of the iPhone 4 this year, sales have rocketed across the world as many seek to get their hands on this useful gadget.

Features
As of now, the iPhone has come a long way from its prototype in 2007. The iPhone 4 has two cameras (one in the front and another in the back), a 326 pixels per inch retina display, user-friendly touch screen, WiFi/4G capabilities, and a powerful operating system to boot. All of this is packed into an elegant 4.5 inch long and 2.31 inch wide device, weighing only 4.8 ounces. And yet, the iPhone 4 is not merely the best smart phone because of its technical specs, but also because of its access to Apple’s enormous AppStore and also features such as an iPod, Facetime, Maps, and many more.

Pros:

5 mega-pixel camera with flash. This function is great because it allows for both high quality pictures and video. Facetime camera. This provides a fun way to contact others with Facetime and also in other apps such as Skype. Retina display. The crystal clear screen allows for better enjoyment of videos, photos, or even general browsing. Slim, light-weight design. The iPhone packs all of its excellent features into one simple, portable device. iPod. The classic Apple mp3 player is right on the phone, taking away the need to carry 2 devices at once.

Cons:
The AppStore is somewhat limited in its selection of apps, and many of the more popular apps are often quite overpriced. No flash support. Apple still doesn’t allow its phone to support FlashPlayer, minimizing web experience
